Our services are 100% free to you and your family. Our referral fees are paid by the facilities we contract with — never by families.
What areas of California do you serve?
We serve Ventura County, including Camarillo, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Newbury Park, and Ojai.
What types of senior care can you help with?
Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Board & Care Homes (RCFEs).
How do you choose which facilities to recommend?
We personally vet every facility we work with — visiting in person, assessing care quality, staffing, culture, and how they handle hard moments.
Am I obligated to use a facility you recommend?
Never. You're free to work with any provider, find a placement on your own, or stop working with us at any time.
How fast can you help with a hospital discharge?
For urgent situations, we can typically present matched options within 24–48 hours. Call (747) 222-6399 anytime — we answer 7 days a week.
What if my loved one's needs change after move-in?
We stay in touch and are always available to help re-evaluate care levels or transition to a different home if needs change.
Do you help with Medicare or Medicaid placements?
Most assisted living and memory care is private-pay or long-term care insurance. We can talk through what's covered and connect you with resources for VA Aid & Attendance and other programs.
